In my opinion, the Fed has ulterior motives and that includes complete control of a nation. They have this power because U.S. is completely dependent on the economy, which is controlled by the Fed. This seal has a hypnotic feel because I think that is reflective of the Fed.Also, I used the image of spades because it is symbolic of authority and ruthlessness.
