This seal/badge is taken from the original seal on the five dollar bill. I changed the eagle and took an eagle from a communist logo and I changed the wreath to be smaller and I show the eagle clutching the wreath. The seal is symbolic of the Fed's power, similar to the great power held by the German communist.
